We offer a premium, comfortable experience with 24-hour uninterrupted power supported by the grid, solar inverters, and backup generators. For your security and convenience, all apartments are equipped with smart door locks for seamless access.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Our standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. If you need to request an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you based on availability.
Can I view the apartment before booking?
Yes, we welcome pre-booking viewings. Please contact us via WhatsApp at +234 912 919 8184 to schedule a convenient time for your visit.
What is the cancellation policy?
We provide a full refund for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. If you cancel between 1 and 4 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
Are events or parties allowed in the apartments?
We do permit events under specific conditions. To discuss your planned gathering and request approval, please send a WhatsApp message to +234 912 919 8184 with the details of your event.
Can I pay upon arrival?
To fully secure and guarantee your reservation, payment must be completed at the time of booking. We do not currently accept payment upon arrival.
